Quality evidence / verification
Evidence needs a model, method and accountable record.
What our current public materials prove, what they do not prove, and how buyers can request model-specific records.
Current public evidence status
The public evidence on xoenaen.com currently consists of real product photographs, supplied model documents, product configuration records and a company-supplied IQC–IPQC–FQC process description from Shenzhen ToolQeen Technology Co., Ltd.. These materials support product identity and describe the intended control process.
They do not constitute an independent laboratory audit, a certificate for every model, or proof that one test result applies to every production lot. Where a page states capacity, lead time or a test scope from company materials, it is labeled and remains subject to project confirmation.
Model-specific test record
A usable product test record identifies the exact model and revision, sample or batch, instrument, calibration status, fixture, operating mode, number of cycles, environmental conditions, acceptance limit, measured result, test date and responsible reviewer. A number without those conditions is not traceable evidence.
Torque, speed, charging, runtime, noise, runout, bit hardness, temperature, drop or lifetime claims are published as verified results only when the supporting record defines the applicable model and method. Otherwise, the page describes the buyer-verification method instead of presenting an unverified result.
Quality control stages
Incoming quality control covers identified motors, batteries, control boards, bits, plastic and metal parts against the approved specification and sampling plan.
In-process quality control records assembly settings, fit, function and any model-specific calibration or process checks. Nonconforming material is segregated and handled through an authorized disposition.
Final quality control confirms the approved function, appearance, accessories, labels, quantity and packaging scope. Reliability or environmental tests use the agreed sample plan rather than being implied for every unit.
Buyer verification checklist
1. Confirm the exact model, product revision, battery, motor, bit and package configuration.
2. Request the specification and test method before comparing isolated performance numbers.
3. Agree the sample size, acceptance limits, instrument and report fields for the order.
4. Approve a representative sample and retain its configuration as the reference for production.
5. Request lot-specific inspection or compliance records when the product, market or contract requires them.
6. Treat certificates, reports and labels as version-specific documents; verify issuer, scope and validity rather than relying on a logo in marketing copy.
Requesting evidence
Buyers can request available model data, sample test scope, quality records, compliance documents and packaging files through the Resources or Contact page. Availability depends on the selected model, market, configuration and project agreement.
The public evidence register will show a report only after its model, record identifier, date, accountable reviewer and publication permission are complete. Missing evidence remains marked as missing; the site does not create placeholder test results or reviewer names.
Evidence page last updated: 2026-08-20.
Public evidence register
No complete test record is currently both verified and explicitly approved for public display. Internal or incomplete records are never exposed, and the site does not fill missing reviewer or test fields automatically.
